El edificio se sitúa a orillas del Guadalquvir. La forma y el programa tratan de escapar de los rascacielos convencionales. Alberga diversos usos: residencial, comercial y oficinas; y sus partes ondulan independientemente cambiando la forma del edificio en cada planta.

Los niveles inferiores sirven para la actividad comercial, mientras que el resto de plantas alojan uso de oficinas y vivienda. Las viviendas están destinadas para dos o cuatro personas y cuyos áreas son 60m2 y 80m2 respectivamente.

La materialidad de la torre, vidrio y acero, intenta imitar la variación de colores que experimenta el río a lo largo de los momentos del día.

 

The building is placed in one the sides of the Guadalquivir. The shape and program of the tower try to scape of the conventional skyscrapers. It hosts variety of uses: residential, retail and offices; and its slices waves independently and change the shape of the building in every floor.

The lowest levels are served for commercial activities and the rest of the levels host housing and offices. The houses can be occupied for two or four persons and their area are 60m2 and 80m2 respectively.

The materiality of the tower, glass and steel, tries to imitate the variation of colours that the river suffers during the stages of the day.
